How Long Does Shipping Take?

Once shipped, delivery times are as follows:

  • Jewelry Message Cards (Heart Pendants, Message Cards, Dog Tags, Photo Upload Jewelry): 2-5 business days

  • Custom Name Jewelry (Free Shipping): 5-7 business days


How Long Does Production Take?

Processing Time
Once we receive your order, we begin processing your item within 2-3 business days. This includes production time, as most of our products are made to order.

  • Jewelry Message Cards (e.g., Heart Pendants, Message Cards, Dog Tags, Photo Upload Jewelry) typically takes 1-2 business days to produce.

  • Custom Name Jewelry (e.g., Custom Name Necklace, Name Bracelet, Name Earrings) generally takes 5-8 business days due to their personalized, handmade nature.

Once your item ships, tracking information will be sent to the email provided. Please allow extra time for processing during holidays and sale seasons.

 


 

How Can I Cancel My Order?

Orders are processed within 24 hours. If you need to cancel your order, please email us at {support_email} within 24 hours of placing your order.

I Made a Mistake in My Shipping Address

Please email us within 48 hours of placing your order. As long as your order hasn’t shipped, we may still be able to correct the address. Once the order is shipped, we cannot make any address changes.

If your item is in transit to the wrong address, use the tracking number to attempt to redirect the package or arrange for it to be held at the delivery location. If you are unable to retrieve the package directly, you may consider contacting the current residents or visiting the address on the delivery day.

Please note, we are not the shipping provider, and once the order ships, we have no control over it.

 


 

How Can I Request a Refund?

To request a refund, please contact us at Support@LuxeJewelryGifts.com.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request.

For questions about when the credit will appear on your account, please contact your card-issuing bank. If you haven't received a credit yet, we recommend contacting the bank/credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to appear.

 


 

Can I Edit the Custom Text?

You may make changes to your custom text within 24 hours after placing your order. After this time, the order will already be in production, and changes cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us at Support@LuxeJewelryGifts.com with the new custom text within the 24-hour window.

What Is the Necklace Made Of?

Our custom jewelry is handcrafted from high-quality stainless steel. We also offer 14K gold plating.

Can I Shower or Swim with It?

While our jewelry is durable, we recommend removing it before swimming or showering. Pools and jacuzzis contain chlorine, which may discolor your jewelry over time.

How Can I Safekeep My Jewelry?

To avoid tangling or damage, store your custom jewelry in a box or case that keeps it safe from movement. A jewelry box with soft felt lining works well, or you can line a shoebox with fabric for added protection.
